That's probably when he gets his lines right, it really is a sad indictment of a political system, when those two are the options IMO.
I'm afraid so.

At least Reagan and George H.W.Bush had some family values and integrity regardless of what you thought of their policies and Joe should be sitting on his rocking chair on his verandah.

Maybe that where our political system is better. There is some requirement for performance in office otherwise the leader gets knifed. But its also and indication of decay of both parties that neither of them can come up with anyone better.

Where can me, Wayne and RCW get a bet on this, that is a sure thing
I am on record on this forum of taking odds of $4.20 on Trump a fair few months ago on Betfair.

I thought that was well over the odds at the time and in retrospect I should have plunked a lot more on it.

Its exasperating that the political system cannot do better.

Still Australia voted for Abbott...
That's true and he told General Motors and Ford Motor company to either make Australian vehicle manufacturing competitive, or the Government will stop sending taxpayers money to the U.S, well what an idiot he was.
Sometimes people should look in a mirror IMO.
But that will never happen. Lol
IT has become the goto option, to blame all and sundry, rather than embrace and correct your failings.
Unfortunately that will be the undoing of Labor, yet again, they can only blame others for so long, then it wears thin.

You have to remember, Morrison was criticised for taking on more responsibility, yet at the same time doubled welfare and also assistance to companies to keep people employed, while shutting down the Countries economy.

Now we have the Govt blaming all and sundry rather than take the responsibility for the spiralling infaltion and you cheer it on.
Go figure, obviously Trump would fit right in your basket of hero's, talk up any $hit that fills the bill. Lol

Australian manufacuring ended under Hawke and the most hyped up dud and utter failer of a PM Whitlem as they signed Australia up to Globalism with the and Krudd and Gilard tried to kill it buy ending the lease vehicle schemes. Australia is now bound by over seas share holders under those duds yet people hold them high esteme
Whitlem signed Australia up to Kissenger (one of the most pure evil people to exist) WEF lima Decleration and Hawke put it in place and started corrupt forigen money and the sale of Australian assets note CSL, CBA IPOs years for starters.

Absolutely correct, not that the rusted on will agree, but history is history.
Hopefully people look forward rather than backward, because a the moment neither major party is looking anything special at the moment IMO.
Labor are blaming everyone for their failings and the coalition don't seem to have a plan at all, so hopefully things improve.
