A reputation system?

Hi ! Can we have a user reputation system on ASF ? u know when u like a post by someone which is very informative/educational etc u could click on a star system ( from 1 to 5) and they would get a ranking, which would add up overtime. This way posters who are regularly helping others would be highlited and recognised for their efforts.

Also can we the Pop-up notification when new PM is received ?
