It seems to be settling. Flood warnings have moderated. I will venture out for a few appointments today none of which will be affected by road closures of which there are many.

You wait so long for the rain and then it all comes at once. Such is life.

My son's family are still unable to return home to the "black zone" but expect to today. Their street was unaffected. Thanks for asking.
