after the rigmarole of paying for the farm ( cash because 'the bank won't lend to that postcode ' ) , it might not worth the anxiety

and to kick it harder the bank was REALLY disappointed the farm was bought ( sucked a big hole in the deposit book and no begging for a bridging loan either )

sorry i have been sucked into a sub-prime mortgage and bridging loan before , and am very happy to say the whole corporation went into receivership ( no US bail-out for them )

but that's OK , karma has been my guardian angel

( and MQG didn't like it when i slashed the holding either after being rejected for a loan , i will remember them when next they come peddling hybrids )

Yes I see @brerwallabi only has a small range of 75 points and you have a smaller range only 58 points. You two and @barney (61 points) had the smallest ranges.
