Westpac online broking crashes!

Working for me explod, wasn't initially, but it re-directed to another page which had all the different banking page options, and i clicked on Online Investing. Presto, it worked.

Thanks springhill, it is back on now. Had tried various methods for about 30 minutes. :)

The only thing not working for me is announcements. Having to go to ASX website instead

Same hear emails unanswered (not Happy)
after today time to make a change
They have been scamming me since the GFC any way

Westpac Investing is really struggling today - very very slow.

Perhaps the Melbourne team are on holidays!!

The above appears to have been caused by my Firefox.
Rather than waiting in the phone queue, I sent them an email. (An hour later, I still haven't received a response.)

Then I tried logging on from another computer - and that worked.
I recycled Firefox, and account details came up okay.

I had the same thing happen this morning - everything stopped for about 5 minutes and then came back. I'm using standard Internet Explorer in Windows 8.1, not Firefox.
 
Thanks guys for confirming that it wasn't just my computer after all. ;)

This morning, I also received a reply to my email. An apology, confirmation that some clients may have had similar issues, and the advice I should've phoned their Trading Desk instead of emailing.

Well, instead of listening to a robot telling me to press this for that etc, then listening forever to moozack, I rather send an email with a detailed attachment. That's done within a couple of minutes and I can attend to other things.
 
... and an hour into the Trading Day, it's still dead.

It must be catastrophic, still not working 2 hours and 45 minutes in. Luckily I got a Commsec account I can use for quotes. Unbelievable in this day and age, no backups?
