Even one of the main ATSI land councils in NSW said that many signed up for the land council meetings only to access the benefits and they were never seen again to give any support to the group. Most of them live a Western world life with no cultural connection to the land.

I know that all politicians are liars but surely Albo is one of the most egregious cases ever in Australian politics. What sort of tribalistic numbskull would believe any of the BS coming from this commo POS?

Did someone interview Burney for the job as Indigenous Minister? Either all the labor front bench have speech impediments, or something else is going on.

I think she was a tokenistic appointment.

She just doesn't seem to have what it takes to be across her portfolio and the Voice is really just an excuse for her incapability to do her job.

I've said this before, but Labor have really cocked this up. Their communications plan has been a disaster. If they said they were implementing the Uluru Statement in full, like Albo said in his victory speech, and then spelt out exactly what that meant, they might have succeeded in getting the first pillar up. By saying the first part is modest and just a nice thing to do they are lying through their teeth. It's an unmitigated policy disaster. If the LNP had a more friendly looking talking head this could be a one term government.

When she slipped up with the treaty trojan horse, everyone was calling her drunk. Even Burney knows the public will hurl abuse at her if she keeps the lie up.
 
If anyone here actually read up what the Voice was not what politicians say but what leaned people say then you would all look… well let’s just say better.

Some of the stuff you are posting is just rubbish when are you going to start posting some thing in your own words the endless parroting of others with agendas other than helping change the situation for indigenous is disingenuous IMHO.
