The completely useless irrelevant thread

I post this as an observation of Canberra drivers even though I live in Canberra.

I must have a huge, powerful magnet somewhere on the back of my car. That has to be the case as I see no other reason why I cannot even observe the grill on the front of your set of wheels when you are behind me.

Also is there a reason for your apparent love of my car's exhaust pipe when the heavily laden vehicle in front of me is travelling at 60 kph in an 80 zone?

I am not a Tennis fan, but my wife has the tennis on all day.
Sitting in my office, I am forced to put on headphones to block out the inane verbal diarrhoea that jim Courier constantly spews forth.
Then she tells me off because I ignore her when she asks me questions.

@mullokintyre pretty similar here in this household.
I would rather watch the withered grass wither even further in this never-ending heatwave, than listen to those American imports, Courier and McEnroe, and the other so-called experts trying to justify why Ch 9 has employed them.

Only a fool would buy such a waterfront property.
The boiling oceans and rapidly rising sea level will soon swallow it all up.

The interesting part of the property is the wall to wall artistic creativity. :cautious:
Its fun seeing just how over the top some people go.

Was devastated to miss last years Excel World Championship.
Looking forward to this years event in Vegas.
Been working on my pivot Tables and Conditional Formatting in the hope of qualifying.

Now that the searing 41C (currently 36.5C, one could say a cool change) has passed us by, time to wander outside and do a bit, very little actually.
Just need a change of air.

The current owner, while showing prospective buyers around, extols the virtue of the decoration detailing how much time and money was spent in creating the magnificent opulence. The prospective buyers agree and decide to buy the property. The current owner is so proud others appreciate his taste.

Once the sale is settled and the new owners move in, they rip out the piece of garbage and replace it with something more appropriate to those with an actual understanding of refined taste in decor.

Indeed . But in this case would have to gut the entire building. Every room. The gardens. The pools.
Practically speaking there would be other properties that required way less restoration.
IMV the person who ends up buying this place will embrace a large amount of the current deco.

But it does make a statement.

To me when I first sighted this ugly work of art, it looked as if the local rubbish tip had been splattered all around.
