I guess you could have a stoma inserted into the spleen.
And unless you can develop a positive differential pressure gradient between said spleen and outside world, you would need a pump.
Doable for sure.

Had another scorcher of a day hit 46 for a short period but I just wallowed in the pool in the arvo shadows. Couldn't see the point in being fried while the sun was shining on the water.

Play a LH guitar upside down seems the best bet to me.
You would have to rewrite a lot of chords, buts thats a small price to pay.

Sounds like Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu, now there was a gifted guy, played a right hand strung guitar upside down left handed and to top it off he was blind.
He kind of showed that just because you were a handicapped person, you didn't have to be considered completely useless and irrelevant, an absolute Aussie legend.

Well, I'm not a chick (or gay), but he seems ugly AF to me.... I suppose several million dollars would ameliorate that to some degree.
