Last series not one sold

This time everyone of them sold at record prices
In the middle of a property recession.

So with ratings the key I'm skeptical.

Wouldn't put it past 9 making sure these sold at records.
Wonder how long before they're back on the market selling
At whatever they can get?

I thought the prices were pretty reasonable for the area of Melbourne they were in, if anything the reserve prices were quite low l assume to ensure contestants got something out of it after last years stuff up.

Yeah I thought they were pretty low for the area too, not that I have been watching the show, but I think it was Dorcas St, Sth Melbourne?

They dropped the reserve really low after last years disaster. Ooops a little too low

I didn't watch the show but was curious to hear the outcome. Definitely a big surprise to me, given last year's results. Given that the property market in Melbourne is in a worse state this year than last year it does seem strange. Not sure if the values are accurate as I don't have a handle on property prices in South Melbourne. I see from this article that the auction system was changed this year.

I was surprised they did another show after last year's debacle so I supose I shouldn't be surprised that the outcome was different, they would have made sure of that one way or another
