If it was just any old man I would totally agree (we are or soon will be) unfortunately he is the US President and shouldn't be, same as Trump for different reasons both are public figures by their own choice so open season for ridicule IMHO.

It is a shame that the U.S with 350 million people, can't come up with two better candidates, to represent them.

No one is under any illusions as to who is in charge in Russia and China, also they don't wonder as to their commitment to the job.

The West needs to gets its $hit together and stop all the bickering or they will be toast and it wont take a war.
China will complete a passive takeover, by owning everything and supplying everything to the West, we will be tenants in our own countries paying for China's lunch.
The problem is we are too smug, to see or believe it's happening.
Ideology, greed and tribalism is going to be our downfall IMO.
 
There we are President Biden just had a sore throat and very tired as we all are at times.

A crook puppet whose actions actually precipitate the collapse of our past great democratic model, transforming a beacon of freedom, economic system and model for aspiring world citizens, into an old sagging corrupt angry and collapsing but divided country whose citizens are sick, manipulated, exploited and slaughtered.
I have a few American friends and i feel for them, their kids as much as i feel for the associated whole West civilizational collapse around me and my family.
Biden is no joke, he is a disaster, the boiling frog in the kettle.

'Boiling Frog in a Kettle', no way, behind the scenes he is the finest President and Leader since Jan Žižka - you don't know him, look him up. Thus I put to bed any thoughts other than good olde Joe Biden continuing for '4 more years' -- take that.🤑

I am more puzzled by the actions of police and secret services:
Many video available show the public for minutes before the shooting indicating the shooter on the roof, many pictures etc showing snipper targetting the then would be shooter before he acted.
And even a normal cop going up the roof to investigate and then retreating...
At least with Kennedy, no cop went to see the ..one of the , 😉 shooter before the president's kill and retreated.
So either directly planned by SS or otherwise, a level of incompetence, absence of communication which is hard to believe and actually criminal.

Within minutes,the media were even trying to portray the looner as a Republican gun fanatic but a democrat donor... 😂
For once, Trump agitated style was much welcome, Biden would gave been an easier target....not that i suggest any harm to him either..
I do not want our "leftist" advocates to spill their breakfast...
 
That was my immediate thought also. They messaged it only a few days ago, that he might quit if there were health reasons.

That explains everything and I'm expecting a recovery and back to his former health. However two people I knew of died from covid and a third is still suffering the effects from over 2 years back. I have had another booster for COVID-19 JN.1, it might be the fifth one as it is difficult to keep count. There is another variant probably in Australia said to be a more clever virus or what the appropriate word is.

1 from the Omicron lineage. JN. 1 was detected in August 2023 and declared a variant of interest by the World Health Organization in December 2023. By early 2024, it had become the most dominant variant in Australia and much of the rest of the world, driving large waves of infections. 27 May 2024

Definitely will happen in the multiverse.
Also a small possibility that it is Trump that gets the serious complications.

Historically, the VP is used as an attack dog by the incumbent party so as the president needs not sully his/her fingers with such unpleasantries.
Vance will fit that part extremely well.
What i am looking forward to is the potential of a debate between Kamala Harris and Vance.
I would need a case of beer and 44 gallon drum of popcorn.
If trump does win in November, as now seems most likely, what happens at the next presidential race where he can not run due to constitutional impediments.
Who would the RNC push? Vance? One of trumps kids? A left field candidate?
Its going to be great fun.

Sky News host Danica De Giorgio has commented on Joe Biden’s “bizarre tweet” saying “I’m sick” following his COVID-19 diagnosis.US President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19.“Joe Biden, fresh from his COVID diagnosis, has had a Biden moment,” Ms De Giorgio said. “He’s posted this bizarre tweet saying ‘I’m sick’.”

President Biden appears to be negotiating behind the scenes with supporters and coworkers who will lose their jobs if he quits.
COVID may have come to his rescue here and a more vibrant Biden will return. After all, batting against COVID caused all his problems.
Would Biden dump Vice President Harris?
 
It was evident this week this is a fait accompli. The question remains whether he'll even finish out his farce of a presidency.
