Oh for heavens sake Bas, take ya blinkers off.
Just have a quick look at the number of defamations that the ABC has lost or settled before it gets to court.
Just the most recent case of the four corners team attending the Climate failure fest at the home of woodside CEO.
Firstly they enied that they were tipped off. Which they had to clarify.
Then they denied being on the property until security camera footage was shown of reporters tanding in her driveway.
Once a again a "clarification" was required.
The ABC is no better tha any of the other MSM goons.
the difference is we are forced to pay for the ABC whether we watch it or not.

You like the Guardian and the ABC, because they lean heavily toward your beliefs, others like Murdoch press because they lean that way, it doesn't mean one is right and one is wrong, the "truth" lies somewhere in the middle.
Ho Ho Mick. It doesn't make your ABC meme look any better. It still stinks. It is still libelous.
Indeed. Forum, Decorum . Lets be nice shall we ? After all it's all just a joke ? A laugh . Wrong thread to get up[set on I suppose. This one is supposed to be a bit lighter. And I agree with that.nothing subtle of late.
forum decorum, matey
OMG.... Chill Out!We are going to have to just disagree on this Mick. You want to quote all these defamation cases ? Whatever. WTF.
If you think that revolting meme you posted was fine then that's on your conscience. On ASF of course the cheer leaders will just give you every bit of recognition because that's what this forum is all about.

But no I can't stomach such a poisonous piece of merde like the ABC meme. Its corrosive.
You know what SP? I think its a brilliant load of poisonous merde..
For the record. For reality. For truth. The ABC does not tell lies. But clearly destroying the ABC's credibility is a top line priority of some organizations.
The cleverness of the meme is the writer posing as the " Man of Truth" and noting his poor demented friends/father as believing the lies of the ABC. It is a cleverer version of Trumps "Fake News" manifesto where he managed to successfully undermine millions of peoples respect for reporting of events that he didn't want people to accept. That line been very successful.
It does remind of a similar satire I saw years ago. It was used when commenting on the political stories run through the Murdoch Press
"Is that true or did you read it in The Sun ? "
Well done Mick @mullokintyre A very good meme.Oh for heavens sake Bas, take ya blinkers off.

I wonder if the 84% have passed away, or changed channel, since 2020?Humor below mean while an update from the basket weavers society while all holding hands of course.
What is the most trustworthy news in Australia?
In March 2020, 84% of Australians surveyed agreed ABC News 'is a valuable source of news to the Australian community' and 72% agreed it is 'Australia's most trusted source of news and current affairs'.
Mick, you'll most likely find a bin like that on a deconstruction site.
