Stock company analysis, technical exchange

Looks like a lot of small cap mineral explorers I have known. You forgot, "Reverse takeover, change of name and business activities to vague internet business. Raise more capital." at the end.

We usually look for this position, but many people buy in at a high point. So, how should we find this position?

Can we use Elliott Wave Theory to identify this position❓

i seem to instinctively use something like Elliot Wave ( might be because there are Elliots in the maternal side of my lineage )

i tend to buy into a prolonged slide and sell into a prolonged rally ( but not all the holding just trim and trim some more and ... )

Buying during a prolonged decline and selling during a prolonged rally seems to require a long period, such as 1 year, 2 years, or even 5 years.

Some stocks might have even longer cycles.

However, in the stock market, if we can make a profit over a shorter cycle, like a few months, it would be a method many people would pursue.

Difficult to teach old dogs new tricks.

We had an older dog which refused to use the doggy door. The younger dog had no problems.

One day we decided to teach the old dog how to. One person on each side of the doggy door; put him out one side and the other put him back in. He was not happy about this, and became even more angry when the younger dog decided to show him how it was done. He turned around and tried to bite his pal. The younger dog found it hilarious that his old mate didn't get it. He jumped around, very happy and laughed only a dog can laugh..........we split our sides watching.

indeed they can be , and sometimes i win and sometimes not , but am not agile enough to trade ( except some mid-term trends )

so long cycles suit me best

however others may be able to take better advantage , and good for them
