Why bother to adopt models that don’t work?

The death penalty in my view is rather barbaric no matter how it is administered and im glad that Australia has moved on from such things, hopefully never to return.

Like it or not, we have the death penalty, just privately administered and depending on some nuances remains unsolved, gets called murder or manslaughter.

Drug dealers are partially responsible for deaths caused by their >medicine< too and never being held personally responsible.

No, I am astounded that they managed to convince their first player to join up. I do have friends who play it, and I can't understand why. I would rather jump out of a plane, handle deadly snakes or eat live grubs than play Farmville.

Thanks for the prompt response. With the top line not sure if you got what I was getting at in response to something that you said (can't remember exactly what that was). With the privately administered death penatly can you please expand on that, im not sure I quite understand what you mean.

Well, I did, for one.

"interesting and thought provoking" because this forum is a pretty good snapshot of what Australians (and a few others) have made of the Corby affair thus far. I regret to say the conclusions I've drawn are not flattering to Australian society.

thus far...? To those who think too much has been said about this affair I have the bad news: it's hardly begun.

I can't claim to know what will be said in future: I can only be certain there'll be lots of it.

Dearest, and holy Nun, Lady Gaga is actually both. Heavenly father thought it would be funny to create a person with both a penis and vagina. Suffice to say, he only does this when he is baked chronic, so thats why these people only take up a small percentage of the population.

Saw Cobry on TV tonight, sure looks like she has a bun in the oven to me. She said some time ago she wanted a baby, Some bleeding Hart lawyer crying that she should come home, she still has many more years to go.

See dad Corby just got awarded $1,000,000 in compensation for defamation over the book by Eammon Duff. Add that to the $500k plus the other family members got.

I wonder if the AFP dobbed Shapelle in for a search like they did the Bali 9 kids?

She would have served a lot less detention if she helped kill a Bali copper ...... it appears the Australian authorities didn't get a pre emptive opportunity in the Sara Connor arrest, for a change.
