Why bother to adopt models that don’t work?
The death penalty in my view is rather barbaric no matter how it is administered and im glad that Australia has moved on from such things, hopefully never to return.
Like it or not, we have the death penalty, just privately administered and depending on some nuances remains unsolved, gets called murder or manslaughter.
Drug dealers are partially responsible for deaths caused by their >medicine< too and never being held personally responsible.
