There is no-where we can invest with a positive real return, so we might as well live the good life or store the money under the matress.

Commsec pays 4.75pc and asset prices are falling at the moment ? looking not to bad .... maybe Inflation returns soon combined with lower interest rates and stagnating incomes to destroy us all one by one ?

Has anyone else tried to access this link?
Wayne also posted it on a different thread.
Both times it's caused my screen to freeze, unable to exit. Had to shut down computer and restart.

Prawn, not too much point in 'living the good life" and spending the money.
Higher rates will return.
