RFX - Redflow Limited

Finally, a better than ouny sale.
RFX has announced a 20MWHR battery sale in the USA.
It will be around 2,000 of the Gen3 batteries, still less than 10 mill in sale value, but better than anything else they have done.
That should help the cash flow a bit

Great news for Redflow, will be interesting to see if the project ends up being profitable. Hopefully its the first of many bigger contracts and turns out to be profitable. I love the technology and would hopefully it will develop to be an investible business, if it gets there I would love to be a shareholder.

So they announce this big new battery sale, the share price shoots up big time, so they quickly organise for the instos and sophs to buy up some more at a big discount, and start the process again.
And this is after a quick shareplacement back in February when Scale Facilitation was bought into the register via 2.5 mill , as well as the 5 mill SPP back August last year.
The only hope is that this raising is to build a larger factory here in OZ.

Picked up some RFX at 17.5.
Look to make 15% and look to get out at 20.

Hey , anyone interested in the capital raise? Anyone holding now? Massive contract awarded in California, 10 times bigger than the last one, I don’t know myself but it seems good for the company, it might not reflect in the share price. I will will be interested to see the offer tomorrow.

Yep, here we are again. But this time it’s bigger. I’m thinking about having another crack.

SPP at 0.21.
Thought it might have been lower than that, but i will take it up, unless the stock falls below that mark, in which case I will buy on market.
I would like to see a few more big sales though, enough so that the co at least breaks even on cash.

In a nutshell what's so good about their batteries? Must be lots of battery innovators now. What's their moat? Best performance until there's the next disruption. Patents?
Am slightly tempted to make a bid at the raise price.

Not Held

In a nutshell, the technology isn't new, I don't know how good their patents are, it is great technology for static applications as they can be discharged to 0% without damage and they are easy to recycle/renew.
I do hold, I'm a bit of a sucker for Aussie technology, but I don't hold a lot (10,000). :2twocents

Below the new SPP price.
Have some low ball bids in well below the SPP, but you have to feel for the poor buggers who bid the price up to 0.315 less than a week ago.
They will be crying tears of blood.
Question now is, given that the price is below the issue price, will existing holders hold off on the SP with the anticipation that it may go lower yet?
Mick

Well, it seems that lots of investors wanting to get (back) in to RFX.
Now back above issue price.
Never did get those low ball bids taken up.
Thats life.
