PPS - Praemium Limited

@barney it looks like there is movement at the station.

Praemium has rejected the approach. Scrip based offers are often dodgy

PPS is up 15% .... opened at $1.45 and holding around that level. NWL down 2%
Yes Praemium seem to have a very good platform, the interest by Netwealth may well put them on the radar of other companies.

What can we say about the chart? (daily)
It looks awful, and who knows how much trapped money there is on the Left hand side.
However, it has risen from the oversold levels of June and July, and now has overcome resistance at 78c, which is where i took an entry.
I will be keeping the stops tight on this one.

Pick for the yearly competition. Down to almost a quarter of the price when they rejected the takeover from NWL. Have warned of a slight decrease in margins and an increase in costs due to a drive to increase efficiency down the track. Still seems to be growing revenues.

Fairly lackluster performance this month after their quarterly report which despite showing record FUA up 14% from the prior quarter, indicated that there was an outflow of $334 million from their powerwrap platform for the quarter and that this was likely to continue for the next six to nine months. Should be interesting to see when HY results come out on 26th Feb how this translates to the bottom line.

HY results showed despite a lift in revenue NPAT halved due to increased expenses, something they will have to work on hard to decrease. Was starting to lift in price but the HY has sent it back down again.
They have agreed to buy the Iress Onevue business which will lift FUA by 17.5% and the terms seem to minimize risk with only $1m upfront and the rest on earn out.
This must be getting tempting for HUB or NWL.
