PPS - Praemium Limited

After a good little run earlier in the month, they have retreated a little and consolidated around this level for the last couple of weeks. Not much news apart from some minor changes in staff and the steady buyback with the excess cash from their sale of the international business.

HY results showed despite a lift in revenue NPAT halved due to increased expenses, something they will have to work on hard to decrease. Was starting to lift in price but the HY has sent it back down again.
They have agreed to buy the Iress Onevue business which will lift FUA by 17.5% and the terms seem to minimize risk with only $1m upfront and the rest on earn out.
This must be getting tempting for HUB or NWL.
Overall heading in the right direction atm since the start of the year @rcm617, up 12.8% so far.

PPS has had a good month increasing from $.43 to $.49 this month. Had an update middle of the month, indicating FUA of 53.3 billion an increase of 22% over the FUA a year ago. The addition of Onevue adds another 4.1 billion FUA. Still hoping for a takeover this year sometime.

PPS gave up all last months gains to be back to $.425, despite no negative news. Still buying back shares every day, but no news of a takeover yet.

Has had a pretty good month with the price gaining momentum towards the end of this month for a solid gain. Still has about 13 million shares to buy back, so hopefully they can keep up the momentum.

Price went well for the start of the month until the June quarter update with net outflows from powerwrap clients of $437 millions which was more than expected. Still very cheap and an attractive takeover target.

Had a good uplift after the annual report with better than expected results for the second half. Still cheap compared to the other platform providers so still hoping for a takeover.

Came out with a positive update this month which has provided a bit of momentum to the share price. Total FUA are up 30% helped along by the inclusion of onevue.
