This project is about spitting distance to WAFs Sanbrado. I think it's been mentioned in the AWF thread before but it seems like a no-brainer that WAF take it over, even though it might create more country risk by having all their eggs in one basket case country.

WAF like highlighting how close it is in their presentations.
