So this is my 10,000th post. A bit of a latecomer, I joined in 2016 but didn't really engage until late 2019 . I note the ASF total is closing on 1.2 mill, which is not bad ... this thread was started only 4 years ago, when the million clicked over. And now,

I just read back over a thread where someone (Bushman) made an excellent and prescient post 2 months before the GFC nadir about Abacus Property Group (ABP) when it was selling for 0.21, but he received no answer or acknowledgement. Seen that a lot of times regarding very old posts and long lost posters. Thought, WTF?, not even worth a 'like' or a brief response? Of course they left - who's going to talk to an empty room? Actually some of us do I guess, lol.

As a new insert into ASF (11 months) when I get the opportunity, delving back into the past is quite intersting, especially to see who is still a member and posting.
A great forum, so people keep it up.
Happily for me, so far, I haven't been shown the door for changing feet in the mouth, as I was a few times on the previous, now defunct site.
