Sorry for the delay in starting this thread this month.

Welcome to the October Stock Tipping Competition, sponsored this month by StockScan, your personal radar to the ASX. StockScan allows you to scan the ASX for stocks according to criteria you specify. The results of these scan appear in your email inbox at the end of each trading day to ensure you never miss out on a trade that may interest you.

We had quite a few entrants who did not qualify or were late in entering this month so if your username is not included in the list that is more than likely the reason why. If you believe that you have been left out of the competition unfairly then please contact me via PM.

Well, over half the month has gone by and my stock is still is suspended. Pretty hard to win a comp with both hands tied behind my back and my legs chopped off, not happy Jan

Finding it hard to understand why joe has 2 Stock Compatition threads for the price of one!

Could anyone let me know how the price in this competition work . I am current 3rd and I am wondering if I will win anything if I stay 3rd at the end of the month competition

Well congratulations to ezytrader and three veiws of a secret for taking out the two top spots in the October competition! Ezytrader finished the month with a remarkable 147.37% return with his selection AUZ while three views of a secret achieved a solid 77.91% return with MBP.

Rounding out the top five were 2020Hindsight, fab and stockybailx who all achieved returns of 70% or more with their entries LEG, RBY and APG respectively! Well done!

Well done to all those who finished the month in positive terroitory and better luck next time to those who didn't.
