NMT - Neometals Limited

NMT is my another tip for CY 2024
Why I tipped this horse ? Because the CR was underwhelmed and now the company is bouncing back. Friday 29 Dec was just a start of a big race.

From April 2023 the company expects to have a break through as per the report. In addition with recycle technology and push for better environment will be profitable for NMT. The CR was just a tip on the ice berg IMO. DNH

I think this is a good tip. #Miner
It will be rerated but will it be this coming year or the year after? I bought some so hope sooner.

NMT posted Quarterly Activity and Cashflow statements.

Incredible detail on the activity side. I thought the Mercedes Benz announcement of building the hub to shred/recycle products was promising. Hopefully it represents a solid start to real dollars coming into the company.

All the other projects look "promising". The fruit needs to ripen.

On the Cashflow side they have 4.6 quarters of funding in the bank. As I said earlier lets hope the contract to build the recycling hub represents a realistic income earner.

Announcment about exploration in their Spargo tenements. They were lookingfor Lithium.

No show, no go. Back to the main game.

Spargos Exploration Update

Innovative battery materials recycler, Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT & AIM: NMT) (“Neometals” or “the Company”), advises that its review of the lithium exploration potential over its 100% owned Spargos Project (“Spargos”) indicates a low potential for lithium-bearing pegmatites. Re-sampling and assaying of historical nickel exploration diamond drill core and assaying of recently collected rock chip and soil samples has returned no significant lithium assay results. Spargos, located 50 kilometres southwest of Coolgardie in Western Australia, sits astride the Mt Ida Greenstone Belt which hosts lithium projects such as Delta Lithium’s Mt Ida Lithium project and Liontown Resources Kathleen Valley. As previously announced1, a review of historic data from Spargos tenement E 15/1416-I identified extensive pegmatites in historic reverse circulation, diamond drilling and surface mapping. Given the attributes of the Spargos geological setting, Neometals set out to better understand the prospective value of what was historically framed as a nickel opportunity.

What's a catalyst for this puppy to turn north? This is a sad chart.

Their battery recycling plant going into production in Europe.
EV car sales are slowing and Lithium price is down and we are still some time before this occurs, hence the price. I think it will start rising in a years time. One to keep an eye on.

Hopefully before the end of the year to boost your and @Miner CY 2024 numbers.

.... there might be something in getting a price recovery, but there are a lot of parts in the biz and I'd suspect they won't all fire at the same time

Re Investor Presentation: I noticed a clear prominence of cost control. Head count done 46 to 34 staff. Overheads reduced by 19% and Directors and have reduced their fees by 20%

The collapse in Lithium prices, the failure to sell the Barrambie Titanium deposit are challenges.
