MaxiPARTS Limited (ASX:MXI) – request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 MaxiPARTS Limited (Company) requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities be granted by ASX, before the commencement of trading on Tuesday 14 November 2023.
The trading halt is requested to enable the Company to manage its continuous disclosure obligations pending an announcement of a significant acquisition transaction (Transaction) by the Company and an associated capital raising (Capital Raise).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises that it:
1. seeks a trading halt pending announcement of the Transaction and Capital Raise;
2. requests the trading halt last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to the completion of the Capital Raise, or until commencement of trading on Thursday 16 November 2023
3. expects the trading halt will cease on the Company releasing an announcement in relation to completion of the Capital Raise;
4. is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and \
5. is not aware of any further information that needs to be disclosed to the market at the time of seeking the trading halt.

FY25 Half-Year Results
MaxiPARTS Limited (ASX: MXI) today announced its financial results for the half-year ended 31December 2024.
Highlights
• Revenue of $136.9m up 22.6% versus pcp
• EBITDA of $13.7m up 28.6% versus pcp
• EBTIDA % of 10.0% increased by 40 bps from pcp of 9.6%
• An interim fully franked dividend declared of 3.05 cents per share
• EPS from continued operations 7.62 cents per share up 35.3% versus pcp
• Operating cash flow performance of $12.0m, with cash conversion rate of 88%
• Resolved historical disputes related to the sale of the Trailer Solutions business in 2021

Dividends
The Directors are pleased to announce a fully franked interim dividend of 3.05 cents per share. The record date is 27 February 2025, with the payment date being 20 March 2025.
The company’s dividend re-investment plan will apply with nil discount to market price.

i hold MXI ( bought in June 2024 @$1.90 )

looks like my plan to buy some more cheaper has hit a hurdle , BUT you never know
