The $3 premium jump was because punters thought they were worth that much from the Albemarle takeover bid that ended up failing, now with this capital raising SSP it's a $1.80 or the current market price from the previous 5 days average from the 20th Nov with a 2% discount, whichever ends up less. The price might climb a bit higher after the SSP with any luck, the company has a lot going for it.Yeah, but why would they drop below the $1.80 equity raise price? And are retail shareholders getting the same offer?
