Agree.
She got enough to block the bid at a price that she won't pay for the remainder but she still has to keep the board and Goyder etc happy so unlikely to be less than $2 ?

Can't see Goyder and co letting them go for less than he paid for the extra 6 million he got in December.

Good evening All. Sorry for this late reply, just read thru from where I last posted, I think it was last Thurs.
Have been busy doing lunches n catching up with mates.
I would just post my general thought on this thread.
I must have posted on any LTR heading that I sold a parcel of LTR on Monday when out of the blue, the price went up, passed $1.
No complaint, make a tidy sum but still holding a parcel.
All opinions in the last couple of pages seem logic. We don't know what is in her mind but could only made guesses.
Looks like she is no difference to you and me. Unlucky in buying LTR at the wrong timing n only to see Lithium prices having a free fall, this is what we called, globally as well as minerals. Markets Globally sufferes. It must have hurt Queen G. Lithium n Fe prices falls was unforeseen.
Once the cooling period is over, she may decided not to brother to pick herself up. For my family, it's only

Good evening Rabbito just small change for the Mining Queen.
Can only guess what she drags in on a daily basis from all of her investments.
 
Imagine if TG and GR team up, they'll annihilate the retail side.

I think it's a train wreck, you only have to look as far as other lithium producers going into the care of maintenance and reducing production. They should be looking at postponing the start-up date to conserve capital because of the spod prices. The fiance being pulled just adds another level of danger, if they go to another capital raise it will tank the SP even further.

Maybe another way of looking at that is that she wanted it and had to pay that much for 20% of it to block the OS takeover and now she can decide how much she would like to pay for the remaining 80%.

Just a thought.

Good morning All. My most sincere apology to all Cavers. Last night after a last couple of heavy lunches n late nights. I eventually trying to catch up with all my reading n with tiredness I still try to answers all opinions in this thread, however, I fell ASLEEP😴😴 n the tablet slipped off my hand☹🧟‍♂️ on waking up, I couldn't find where the page screen I was last typing 😢👹and with heavy eyes I closed the tablet only this morning, waking up, I realised what had happened thus my typing was incompley

My most sincere apology to all in this Thread. All my incomplete posts were not due to illegal substances abuse...simply due to very tightness n fallen asleep while trying to type on the tablet..blame it on old age. I shld be fine by next week. Went out for another beautiful lunch and finally send them to airport this evening. I am given the task of looking after their newly bought apartment n learning how the various types of security works eg bldg security as well as their in-house security.
LTR had a big fall today. The 2 Rineharts and a couple of big fund cos are buying up on days when the stock hits the low.
Just my opinion there maybe a take over soon.

Things were abit quiet on the LTR front, up until now that is.

So then, LTR has entered into a $550m debt facility agreement to fund its Kathleen Valley lithium project through first production.
It has been revealed today (13/03/24) the debt facility, with a syndicate of international and domestic commercial banks and government credit agencies, is designed to ensure Kathleen Valley is funded through first production and ramp up to a 3 million tonne per annum base case.

"The debt facility provides financial certainty and sufficient time for Liontown to complete the previously announced review of Kathleen Valley’s 4Mtpa expansion, including opex and capital requirements," it says.

"In parallel, the company is continuing to explore options for a longer-term funding solution to provide future flexibility and optionality beyond the 3Mtpa base case. It is possible that a longer-term funding solution could be implemented prior to any drawdown of the debt facility."

Liontown says Kathleen Valley remains on schedule and budget to commence first production in the middle of 2024.

Was a constant trader and partial holder until the bottom fell out. Still looking in though.
