Through the social explosion it allows the discourse to emerge within ruling groups (government), so all it takes is a couple do-gooders within government to cotton on to the idea of trying to get rid of him and you have movement. Then the rest of the mob driven by self-interest see the popular support and see potential votes.
I think it is useful. A better question is, what do we think of the group behind the video? Seeing as the group endorses a different guerilla group and has happy snaps of the founders with fighters with AK47's and RPG's.
That's a bit distasteful. They should be able to recognise that conflict is bad for communities and especially children, so to celebrate it in a way may not be the best idea.
