It looks as if I'll be hoovering and you will be in charge of the mop. Or perhaps we could con PetEarwig in to doing both.

We're all likely to be on cleaning detail ... from high 70% with a positive return in the first half of the month, the number of performers with a + in front has dropped to 13, or just 35% .

Though the bunching up in the lower bit is reflective of 'general sell-off', and not stock specific ? .

Another bad day for the ASX with no tips making it into a positive % today. 3 days in a row.

nope she was a winner for me .. i got some cheap MGX , and probably won't get a second cheaper bite

so a better month for me than average

next month's pick could be a curly one though ( for me )

Another tough day, 4th in a row. I had a look early this morning and it was up , then cut hedges all day then had a look late this afternoon .
At least a few of the tips had a bit of green today ?. Good luck all for tomorrow's EOW.

End of Week 4 in the January Monthly Tipping Competition and only 1 more day left (Monday) to make your move. What a week, it's done damage to most stocks.

1st: @bux2000 1MC 66.67% still sits in the top spot after a roller coaster week but is only clear from 2nd by a couple of percent .
2nd: @Ann GL1 63.16% also had a roller coaster week but hasn't let that top spot get out of reach and is ready to pounce on Monday .
3rd: @BossMan. HIO 43.33% bounced back today (16.22%) to grab 3rd place .

By the looks of things with only 1 day left, there is only 3 other chances. @So_Cynical CAU 35% - @Springs BLZ 27.27% (both lines are added where they should be) & @basilio WIN 25%

What happens between 10am and 4.00pm is a whole world apart from the outcome. Ignore 10am to 4pm it all happens at 4.10pm. I think it is only window dressing until this time. Market makers create the outcome.

Congratulations to bux2000, Ann and Bossman. for taking out the top three spots in the January 2022 stock tipping competition!

bux2000 finished in first place with a superb 72.22% return with 1MC! In second place was Ann who achieved a formidable 60% with GL1. Rounding out the top three for January was Bossman. who selected HIO, which returned an impressive 40%.

Thank you Joe and Ann but I feel @debtfree helped me over the line by changing my Colour on his chart to Shamrock Green giving me the luck that can only come for the holder of a four leaf clover.
I am certainly not used to the limelight and consider myself extremely lucky for the win and congratulate the other prize winners @Ann and @BossMan.

Hi @Captain_Chaza, yes there is a February competition. To qualify you will need to post your entry in the competition entry thread and then post in the TMZ thread telling us what you like about that particular stock.

Entries close at midnight tonight, so I recommend you enter as soon as possible.
