yeah just read "Hong Kong clients may be experiencing loss of market data and/or routing capabilities at this time."
You are probably talking about the server reset which happens at around this time every day.

Just re read this.
You are connected to the wrong servers. For some reason every new account has a default connection to the US servers. But if you are trading Asia you should be connected as a primary exchange to Hong Kong. That way when they reset the US servers, currently at 4:00 pm Sydney, you are disconnected, including your stops!!!! Get in contact with them via a ticket in Acc management.

Thomas, refer to TH's post below
I do experience however some of their data feeds dropping for a couple of minute or so and then coming back online.
I can't load spi historical.
I was having trouble with log ins around 3:30 to 4 and thats resolved now but there seems to be a problem accessing Asian data?
Anyone else?
I went looking on IB's site. Stop market orders for the SPI are simulated so I guess if IB's server goes down my stops go down as well.
Have been with them for years - worked out the franking credits easily from div info on the net - it is always a % of the div.thanks for response, was ideally after a one stop shop but IB looks good for aussie investor 80% in global equities and not so good for aussie 80% domestic trading.Still, shorting aside, has the issue re franking credits raised a couple of years ago been addressed one way or the other to date?
Hi All,
I have just set up an acount with Interactive Brokers and cannot seem to find the bank details for me to move the cash to them, I have found these details:
Citibank
BSB: 242-000
SWIFT BIC Code: CITI AU 2X
Acct: 121229005
Just wondering if they are still the right details to use or not.
