I have this magnificent structure for sale in Sydney with one of the very best views up and down the harbour.
Some very famous people(including Paul Hogan) have worked on this structure, its got history, heritage, cannot possibly be built out, its unique an icon of Sydney known all over the world.
And today I can let you have it for a mere $80mill before it goes on to the public market.

I have always maintained that the POTUS really has a small pert to play in all this, and are in many ways, purely figureheads.
When was the last time we even heard from the POTUS, much less see him/
its like he has handed in his required 6 months notice to vacate and is now on gardening leave.
So who is running the country?
Kamala?
Its Theatre for the media to battle over.
The real decisions are made behind closed doors by the people who hold power.

Trump isn't the perfect solution , or even the best solution , but he is better than the status quo ( reckless as we go )

the 'American' people have let this happen to themselves ( and dragged down several 'allies ' in the process )

you get what you pay for .. sometimes , maybe .. and the US overpaid to get here

yep, I know at least 6 of them, when we get together with Any of them we have to bite our tongue.
