Help transferring Amibroker and Premium Data to new PC

Can someone please explain or point me in the right direction for transferring Amibroker and PremiumData to a new PC?

When I upgrade I just download the latest AB. Takes seconds.

Premium should supply you with historical data. Just re-download that and import it.

Remember to copy any custom files/indicators before deleting the old.
