Would anyone copy one for me? Thank you!!

Re: Help,help!

Sounds like an important project.

By the time the depth is posted up, it will have changed.

I'm sure an internet cafe is nearby.

And, go and buy a new computer.

Run forest, run!!

Here you go gump.

Kennas,

Is your screen shot taken from webiress? If so, my colour scheme with webiress is different to yours - is it possible to change the colours?

I've tried but don't seem to be able to...

(sorry forest - don't want to hijack your thread)

I didn't realise I might have had a choice with colours.

This was what first appeared on my screen and have accepted it.

Likewise - I've just accepted what has been provided assuming that you have no choice. But I dislike the red numbers against the dark blue background.

Forrest - updated ncm depth screen for you.

kennas - I will take this up with my broker and see if there is any chance of changing the colours.

cheers

joslad,

The platform is normally set up to reflect your brokers colour scheme, don't think you can change it.

Actually your setup looks pretty annoying, who is your broker.

Cutz,

First Prudential markets

The quality of the screen shot captured is not that great. The actual display on my monitor is better, but yeh it's a pain.

This is the way I prefer to look at depth.

A picture is worth a thousand words (or numbers in this case)

I've been in touch with FPM re the webiress display colours.

Turns out they are set by the broker and are not user configurable. FPM offer three colour layouts though - white, grey and blue. More colours will be offered in the near future.

If you want your colour changed, all that is required is an email to FPM support and they change your assigned colour accordingly and you will see it from the next time you log in.

I haven't seen this mentioned in their documentation anywhere - so include it here in case someone else stumbles across this issue.

cheers

ah spark platform.

I hope to move back to it at some stage when im generating enough $$ to warrant its monthly cost.

Its market depth to me is much more easy to read than the typical vertical price ladders

The price ladder doesn't work very well for pre-open imo.

To show overlap properly, the chart should have a line across the middle horizontally, with buys drawn above the line on the left hand side, and sell orders below the line on the right.
