HDR - Hardman Resources

:)

Hi folks,

HDR ..... ticking up nicely and right on time, too ..... :)

So now, we will be looking for more positive cycles,
around 18-22092006 = September equinox, then
another positive cycle, about 03102006.

Late-October and early November 2006 should see
a pullback with several negative cycles coming into
play, particularly 01-07112006.

From 24112006, through December 2006, we should
see the fire build under HDR, until it boils from
05-09012007, in a strong rally ...???

happy days

P.S. ..... EWs first need to agree, just where their count
STARTS, before they will have any hope of making an
accurate forecast ... :)

I agree with you on this one Porper. HDR has no support at it's last low of $1.36 and seems likely to continue it's downtrend, unless it creates a support around this mark. Otherwise it could be heading for 80c or even 60c where it has some support from 3+ yrs ago.

Up 3 days in a row with about a 20 cent gain so far on good volumes. Haven't looked at who is buying, but looks like it has found some support.

Somebody let the air out of that one! Makes an interesting intra day candle chart though!

Yes, volumes going through the roof and going like a yoyo at the moment. Some big players tossing this one around.

Im not sure what happened there....it opened strong this morning then it almost looks like its been marked down step by step to remove stops or sellers with alot of volume present....could it be accumulation? It would have to be....you wouldn't distribute into that kind of weekness?

It will be interesting to see how it finishes the day today, then the week.

HDR really got me today, took a long cfd pos on an early rise on good vol, ended up dropping thru the floor this afternoon really bit me

I was stopped out of my short position yesterday unfortunately, only to see it drop today.Still could be a trade so I will be watching carefully.I certainly wouldn't touch it on the long side.

Just need a low risk set up now.Not sure there is such a thing with this stock though. :)

Looks like the 12.19 pm announcement re the lack of success with Chinguetti had an impact. However, this should not have surprised the market as it just seemed to confirm HDR's earlier news on this subject. Regds YN.

HDR is both fundamentally and technically weak at the moment and so I definately wouldn't go long as well. The chart says it all and I think what we saw this week was a suckers' bounce or dead cat bounce (whichever you want to call it). Fundamentally, there is still uncertainty about what volumes Chinguetti can achieve in the future. I believe HDR could have further to fall and am looking out for an opportunity to short some CFDs. If there is no positive news coming from management, HDR could easily fall to about $1.20 and further.

yes, i have to agree with the shorts, but i made a nice long cfd trade on hdr on june 21 closed it 14 july, thought it would be a repeat trade, over 75 mil shares traded on last 3 days so someone is has some confidence all the bad news may be behind.porkpie

You are correct in that people bought 75 million shares so there is confidence.

Just so we don't all rush out and buy, people also sold 75 million shares, so they have no confidence. ;)

point taken, for every buyer there's a seller, have noticed over the last few days the number of buyers were fewer in comparison to sellers so larger parcels on the buy side. HDR has been a good earner fo me over last 3 years, but i'm not a long term holder of HDR. porkpie

Results come out tomorrow with operational updates. The Uganda finds have produced some good news. Any other views on HDR getting better or worse tomorrow?

Gone down through $1.25, next stop $0.75..........Aaahhhhhhh!

This is by far my best performing stock pick of the past year. What are these people doing? Please WPL, buy them out now.
