Why is this interesting ?News is reporting that Gert Wilders has won the Dutch election, according to exit polls.
Things getting interesting around the world.
He is portrayed as "far right" and more and more countries are voting in this way.Why is this interesting ?

The left portray him as an extremist, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he is. Whether he is or not we will have to see.Another extremist ?
Just what the world needs.

Although, looking down the page it seems everyone is...
Yep, from one extreme to the other, that's what usually happens.Another extremist ?
Just what the world needs.
A lot of "far" right political figures getting physically attacked by leftists from around the world.News is reporting that Gert Wilders has won the Dutch election, according to exit polls.

There was a concern with the previous government shutting down farms over nitrogen or something.Well I don't suppose he can do much harm.
The Dutch are too busy taking drugs to think of much else.
When times get tough, and crime escalates, when intersectionality becomes more important than family and the fair go, and when elites rule like royalty, people turn towards right wing parties.
I don't think the coalition or Labor are conservative at all in the sense of the broad Australian public. As I said before , the Australian electorate is essentially conservative and Labor has to be pretty good to stay in power.
I hope they are.
It has little to do with right or left, but more with the calibre of our politicians. Necessary decisions need to be made.I don't think the coalition or Labor are conservative at all in the sense of the broad Australian public.
Of course conservative means different things to traditional labor
voters and traditional coalition voters. However, both parties are pandering to inner city trendy freaking woke elites, forsaking both of their traditional bases.
You know what? Though I have never voted labor in my life, if the party presented itself has old-fashioned labor, I would vote for them over the abominations representing themselves is either party at the moment.
But, as things stand I would vote for an Australian version of Javier Milei, or a Trump, or a Wilders, or a Le Penn.
You bet I would, until such time as the Overton window returns to some reasonable point in the center.

They have a lot of courage, I think we have more, but the Dutch are known for it, from history. The Dutch are sensible open minded people and they have had enough of the rot.
Apparently one of Wilders election platforms was to have the Netherlands leave the EU.
Interesting times.
Geert Wilders is the EU’s worst nightmare
The far-right Dutch election winner, who backs ‘Nexit,’ will be no friend to Brussels.www.politico.eu
THE HAGUE — One line in Geert Wilders’ inflammatory pitch to Dutch voters will haunt Brussels more than any other: a referendum on leaving the EU.
Seven years after the British voted for Brexit, a so-called Nexit ballot was a core plank of the far-right leader’s ultimately successful offer in the Netherlands.
And while Wilders softened his anti-Islam rhetoric in recent weeks, there are no signs he wants to water down his Euroskepticism after his shock election victory.
Going Dutch?Jump on a plane Don Farrell and negotiate a free trade agreement with the Dutchies.
Er, on the other hand, what do we want that they have ?
Wooden shoes maybe ?
