I have decided to start Godbothering.

The Church of Fibonnaci on the Hill will be opening as soon as I can throw a dart for my picks tomorrow.

It will be the first Online Only Church dedicated to Charting, Investing AND Getting to Heaven.

I have appointed you a Deacon, so I am quite sure that should you publish a suitable sermon on for example the evils of shorting Gold, or somesuch, your kind donation to ASF and the Comp will be treated as a tax deductible donation via The Church of FOTH.

I will have to run it past the ultimate Theological College, The ATO, but I see no reason why they would refuse seeing as some of the the ones that are tax free are shall we say "challenged".

Just include the word "Heaven" somewhere in your sermon.

your time limit is fine , @debtfree will remind you if the trading volume is deficient

EVs are likely to be the promise governments choke on , people are getting sick of being coerced into solutions that have no infrastructure ready for it

I am very happy to participate regardless of prize money, as it's a great chance to think a bit more long-term in terms of stock picks. Which is different to the monthly competitions which gets me to look for a short-term punt on a stock rebound or quick rally usually.

Although a bit cumbersome to look at trading volumes etc. I totally agree with the higher end of the stocks with liquidity only to be included in the picks as it's easy to manipulate the stock prices of a penny stock with absolutely poor volume by simply buying up a few bucks worth of shares yourself even if it's just for bragging rights.

After penciling out a lot of low-priced stocks under 10c, I came up with the following four:

1. EML Payments Ltd (EML) => Having had some success with another payments firm TYR this year in the Speculative Stock Portfolio, I thought to pick another payments stock to try my luck in 2023.

2. Peninsula Energy Ltd (PEN) => Uranium stock, hoping for this commodity to boom in 2023

3. Redbubble Ltd (RBL) => Online marketplace for arts and designs, possibly could re-bound in 2023 as the share price has been shattered this year

4. Boab Metals Ltd (BML) => Having taken a trading loss on this stock, as my timing was poor in the Speculative Stock Portfolio, I thought the prospects are better in 2023 now that it's going into development stage for this Lead-Silver miner, having recently awarded the mining contractor.
 

Don't be shy ASF Members , have a go in this 2023 CY Tipping Comp. I know there are a lot of newer members over the last year or two, take the step and join in. Just do it!

Every year some really good traders finish near the bottom of the Comp, it happens. But, what's important is they have a go and they know they will learn something out the exercise.

Come on it's easy, just do it ...... Pick 4 ASX Stocks .... 10 cents and above .... traded $100,000 in the last 5 trading days .... put in your thoughts in each Company's Thread. Your done and on your way .

Well we are off to the races again.

My picks for 2023 are

WIN I think their nickel exploration and upgrading of resources will prove successful in 2023
NMT Sold off far too low. 4 Great projects that individually and collectively should create excellent value for investors
FMG Still making big bucks with iron ore sales. I think the renewable energy projects will start taking shape next year
CXO Lithium is still a critical part of battery production. Good prespects IMV

And is there $1000 prize money again ? EDIT: I forgot to mention there is also Prize Money of $1,000 to Win.

Or is that just a Psycho Santos promotion..

NIS according to MY calculations ( and i could be wrong ) didn't generate enough $$$ in trade in the last 5 trading days

NNL same as above

DEG looks acceptable ( have you put a comment in the appropriate thread ?? )

SGQ is under 10 cents a share
