Id say they arent making enough to warrent the hrs.
Its a cut throat industry.
Every courier we use has the same mantra.
As a business its pretty cheap for anyone who wants a shot at working for themselves to get into.
Problem is they arent aware of the costs of business and the return for hrs worked.IE they're not experienced in what to ask before taking the plunge.
