Geez, went up yesterday coming out of the trading halt and announcing placement @ 0.32.
Up again today, up ^10%, now 0.47 in the context of a 0.32 capital raise! Looks like we've dipped out on the 'Julimar Complex' secondary players (DEV, CPN, ASQ, others)
P.S looks like that $100 grand buy @ 21c by the chairman's wife in Sept 2020 was an actionable signal - for traders at least, who knows if it ultimately will be good as an investment.

Tim Goyder hasn't sold any shares that I can see, his percentage ownership has diminished, I assume that's the dilution effect of the recent placement.
There's probably a lot of speculative money that doesn't want to wait around for drilling results and is intolerant of share weakness. The drilling at the Sovereign project is at an early stage (aircore) and we all know the lengthy waits for lab assays.
I would assume that the biggest drag is the profitable selling of placement shares towards 32c

19% surge in share price on Friday. Announcement of director buying on market. Tim Goyder (of Chalice fame) spending $171k pocket money via the wife.
All Data monthly chart could be viewed as a 10 year base under 50c level of support that became resistance. Volume huge in the last two years following Chalice's (CHN) Gonneville discovery and after CHN mapping out a postulated new mineral province along the West Yilgarn Craton which includes DEV active tenements.
Not a buy for me but could be primed for the patient after a pullback.

Hopped into this today for .440cps, some may get this cheaper but overall I believe it will see some upside. I liked the mix of stuff they have and of course, it was the chart shape that got me!

Mr Goyder acquiring on market over the past week for another lazy 1,000,000 shares. As the announcement landed along with a couple of other director top ups the market reacted accordingly.

Drilling to resume this month to determine continuity and project scale
HIGHLIGHTS
• Shallow: Final 1m composite assay results from wide spaced reconnaissance drilling for which 2m samples were previously announced have confirmed significant rare earths insurface clays, including several holes demonstrating higher grade magnet rare earth elements such as Terbium (Tb) and Dysprosium (Dy).
• Favourable metallurgy: Further leach test work demonstrates rapid recoveries by desorption of REE in the first 30 minutes using an ammonium sulphate (AMSUL) solution in weak acidic conditions (pH4) with very low acid consumption (3.3 kg/t) and very low dissolution of gangue elements including iron, calcium, and aluminium. Further increases in REE recoveries were also achieved by lowering the AMSUL leach to pH3 for an additional 30 minutes without any significant increase in acid consumption.
• Significant scale: Drilling has only tested a small portion of Tertiary Clays (Target Regolith) on very broad spacings (~1km). The mapped Target Clays extend for a combined 30km distance on both of DevEx’s granted tenements. Further low-impact drilling, both in-fill and step-out, is planned to commence this month.

Fast trading. This one not quite a day trade but a good example nonetheless, for mine. Flagged this little nugget twice yesterday. It is what rcw1 does, this type of trade. Intend to become more proactive this year.

Had an order in for $0.26 but it got overlooked with the momentum.
Went back in and got most at $0.28, and just over 15000 at $0.275, Sold the lot today at $0.31.
Will go back in.

So, Momentum revealed still to be travelling above the moving average. Like to see more volume tomorrow (18/02/24) particularly from buyers. We'll see.

I have entered DEV in the March Stock picking competition.
If it blasts through the resistance around .335c mark it stands a chance.........maybe.
DEV appears to have some pretty safe hands steering this ship with a lot of irons in the fire.
It is all a bit of guesswork this stock picking...............................

Devex Resources is a uranium explorer operating the Nabarlek Project in the Northern Territory and Murphy West Project in the Northern Territory. Executive Director Timothy Goyder (who is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Liontown Resources) has purchased more than $1 million worth of shares in April.
The company says a 2024 exploration field season set to commence in mid-May with an extensive Reverse Circulation (RC) and diamond drilling (DD) programme.

Bought a few of these (and AGE) today.

Both are exploring in the Nabarlek region, wet season is over and drilling about to recommence.

As @debtfree mentioned, Tim Goyder purchased $1m of shares.
Tim no doubt still has plenty of loyal followers, especially those that got out of CHN in good time, and LTR in good time.

Nabarlek is capable of high grades, plenty of bang for buck.

Uranium spot price has been improving since the US senate announced banning Russian U imports.
