Chris Angel - Mindfreak

If you watch this show, you will see the same trick done over and over. Where Chris somehow "appears" to see the future or get into someones mind and write down what they are thinking. This is pretty much 90% of the show. But how the hell does he do it.............

Anyone here into magic and know the secret to this one? I am dumbfounded.
