@rederob, I do not regard your continuous criticism of everything as meaningful additions such as you suggest. Anyone who reads your thread comments will see that most of your dialogue consists of 1) personal criticism of another poster, 2) a list of meaningless facts to support ??something, maybe your own sense of importance, and 3) a veiled support of China by your sarcastic comments of western government, decision-makers, leaders etc. while vigorously defending and asking for factual sources when a poster criticizes China.

This makes me believe that you are a Chinese Wolf Warrior who has infiltrated this forum on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party.

Your mistake is that you do not offer great discussion subjects, which is what this forum is about, you mostly attack others, criticise and offer up supposedly factual information on any subject and very quickly. It is like you have access to a multitude of damaging facts and statistics at a moment's notice while using those to belittle others. That is not meaningful discussion. It is just arguing with other posters.

I analyse content - read my posts!
On the other hand there is you, as an example, using a source that is widely discredited, to the point of having content removed by media platforms. You seem oblivious to the lies your source propagates, as shown in the links I provided.

You have put forward a personal view that, apart from being rather funny to me, offers nothing to the thread.
On the other hand I am presenting the case for understanding what China means to our economy. The fact you may not like China's politics is completely incidental. China's reactions to Australia's decisions are predictable. The question is, why are we poking the bear?

Way back then I was proposing that China's economy would continue to grow at a strong pace, and the many financial commentators that were forecasting its collapse would be proven wrong.
China has just signed off on its next 5-year plan. Pundits expect its GDP rates to continue to outstrip most western nations over the period. A probable outcome, combined with western world post pandemic stimulus, will be a commodities boom, as we have seen to date with iron ore.
You can choose to focus on unsubstantiated information, or data. I choose the latter.

Sure you booked holidays through them, but the content you shared was a piece on china and how they treat minorities. Coming from a website that hides behind private registration and hosting by proxy they have 0 credibility to me. Just like you tried to talk down Epoch times.

I have repeatedly asked posters to substantiate their claims here, and they have consistently failed to do so.

If you cannot defend what you post, be it here or in relation to stocks proper, then consider not posting.
