AZ9 - Asian Battery Metals

Doriemus, appears to be on top of its game, doesn't appear to be any insider trading selling the trade...I A (DOR)

Up another 6% this morning, back in positive territory, no real news. 0.30 high 0.25 low...

Back to 25c again and there must be a reason surely. It has interests onshore UK that look fairly ordinary and a small interest in Australia. I'm still holding but I don't know why? Someone must know something?
The only rather weak rumour is that a former Chairman now a director with an Australian company: Has persuaded that board to bid for Doriemus. As I don't know if it's true I won't name the person or the company. However, some research should find it, good luck.

The buyers were in today, just got to keep the sellers out next week...After doing a bit of research on 'DOR' it might well be worth it's weight in gold/ energy. More than just a pretty penny in the market...It is in a good financial position for the coming years. Its has increased earnings, compared to a year or two ago and looks to climb.
40.8% Forecast-ed Energy industry annual growth in earnings. 'DOR' Earnings growth up 67.1% industry -5% Market 6.2% for the past year.
According to my statistics...

I wish someone could explain all this in detail. It was one of my worst investments and suddenly became the best and I've little idea why? A UK company that only trades on the ASX and one of its best performers: Yet 14 months ago it was one of the worse.

DORiemus has reached 34c up over 1,000% from its low point. No one really seems to know why. I have reduced twice now and the share price then creeps a bit higher. Quite tantalising and I've taken 250% in profits and running the rest but no idea why. Maybe, maybe maybe hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Well, well! DORiemus collapsed in price as I thought it would. The plus side is having a small short term liability and no long term.
Whether a plus or minus is the truly mad close to insane trading and valuations at times. Some think worth 5c and some others over $1 so the share price can go anywhere.
Maybe thoughts by some that the company was close to a gas tenement deal was wrong. Certainly the close part was. Angus Energy in the UK has been doing well of late so maybe worth a punt though more probably not.
In my view this is a 'one-armed bandit stock' that might win the jackpot?

One of my grandfathers made parts to repair these machines. He also made tokens to replace coins. Punters usually fed all the tokens they'd bought. With coins they'd walk away. He used a foot lathe and hand press to make parts and coins.

The shares shot up to 37c from around under 4c for no reason whatsoever - one of the ASX mystery runups. Fortunately I made a very good profit after seeing a substantial loss on paper at one stage. I made a profit in the end of 420% and remain nonplussed about it all as it rose about 11 times.
Now I'm wondering whether to buy these shares back again. No need to have a reason why as they could rise again 1,000% for no reason most probably perhaps who knows maybe?

During the quarter, Doriemus entered into binding heads of agreement (“ABM Transaction”) to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Asian Battery Minerals Limited (“ABM”). ABM is the parent company of Innova Mineral LLC (“Innova”), which holds exploration licenses in Mongolia. The Company is raising $6,000,000 via the issue of 120,000,000 shares (post-consolidation) at an issue price of $0.05 per Share. Could you please create a new thread with stock code DOR? The name will be changed to Asian Battery Minerals, and Hot Copper is pushing a small section of IPO.
The full prospectus is 469 pages and would exceed the 2 MB limit for attachment.
Hello Team
In addition to @Dona Ferentes and @noirua, has anyone already researched this IPO?

There are too many battery minerals, and at 5 cents per share, this may not fly. Your thoughts, please

DORiemus is a strange company as it had a cash raising of 5.5c and the shares reached well over 30c or so for no reason. It was once a UK company headed up by Aussie David Lenigas. He left the company. Before it was involved in onshore oil production in England that failed to work out but Lenigas once said a fortune lay underground, it didn't. Or at least it wasn't found.
Chart history, the shares Peaked at 36c.:

Asian Battery Metals outlines aggressive exploration plan for Mongolian portfolio

Published: 06:09 26 Jun 2024 BST
There is a podcast in this link:
Asian Battery Metals managing director Gan-Ochir Zunduisuren said: "We are excited to commence our 2024 exploration program at the Oval Copper-Nickel (Yambat) Project and to build on the fresh discovery that our team achieved in 2023.

It is early days in Mongolia so we must wait and see how all this early exploration turns out. They appear to be bombing ahead so tally ho.
This is indeed good to see after the suspension from the ASX and earlier abandonment of LSE: AIM.
It has been tough for shareholders but just maybe a small chink of light showing at the end of the tunnel.

Asian Battery Metals PLC (AZ9) has announced results from the remaining assay data of its Phase 1 diamond drilling program at the 100% Oval Copper-Nickel-Platinum prospect in Mongolia's Gobi-Altai region.

The Company’s Managing Director commented, “After 4 years of exploration, it’s exciting to confirm a substantial copper-nickel deposit potential with high-grade zones. Future work will focus on extending this high-grade mineralisation.”

HIGHLIGHTS:
• Massive sulphide intercept in hole OVD021 of 8.8m @ 6.08% Cu, 3.19% Ni, 1.63g/t E3, 0.11% Co (CuEq 12.57%) from 107.2m is encountered in between high grade zones of:
o Dense disseminated intercept - 7.85m @0.75% Cu, 0.78% Ni, 0.15g/t E3, 0.04% Co (CuEq 2.25%) from 99.35m and
o Net textured intercept - 15.8m @ 1.36% Cu, 1.00% Ni, 0.44g/t E3, 0.04% Co (CuEq 3.4%) from 116m.
• OVD021 is located within 800m+ of strike which remains open at depth and in the SE, NW, NE and SW directions. The copper-nickel sulphide mineralisation represents a new style of deposit for the South Western part of Mongolia.
• Drilling to recommence immediately upon receipt of Downhole Electromagnetics (pending).
