ASX Trading

Fortunately LIT, BRN and PLS were parked at the station and i boarded early. Departed with LIT at the next stop for a tidy profit. PLS will be soon gone and BRN is sitting in the drawer for a while. I am holding a swag of STX and am watching with interest to see if 40c+ is on the cards today.
I am not recommending a buy or sell and as usual DYOR

With the American market going gang busters last night/this morning Monday could be the carry on from Friday's bonanza. Unfortunately I was unable to keep an eye on my ASX watch lists. That nasty four letter word "work" had to be attended to. So here's hoping and looking forward to a very positive and productive trading session on Monday

good luck !

given the recent rally , i will be half-expecting a heavy shorting campaign once the 'smart money' returns ( arguably after Australia Day )
Hmm six of one and half a dozen of the other. Perhaps i will go and find my two-up penny with the pigs head on one side the tail on the other, and then get the bloke in the mirror to throw in his thoughts also.

well you have the Asian New Year soon , that should put a wrinkle in genuine demand for the rest of January

i don't expect much from Xmas sales ( on an inflation-adjusted basis )

and normally after Xmas a favourite (share ) shopping period for me

this time one freaking parcel ( of GNC )

i may as well have spent a week computer-gaming ( or sitting outside the pathology collection centre waiting for them to open )

Depending where you sit to wait might end up being accosted by a certain class of people

Damn forgot about the Chinese New Year. Our favourite Chinese take-away will be traveling back to Malaysia for 3 weeks

half-expect lock-downs and restrictions to international travel again ( except for big wigs , there will be a thousand excuses for them ) ( that rumor is rife in Europe )

it will be interesting to see if the international student market gets trashed again

Had a reasonable buying spree this morning before swimming pool duties took hold. Bought BRN, PLS, LIT and ZIP. Just sitting in th 2nd row waiting form he starter's gun tomorrow morning. I have got the wheel barrow ready and waiting.

As the evening wears on I just had a quick gander at the Amricana, Pomme and Asian markets and a sideways glance at the Cryptos (I don't really give a rats about them). All a very healthy green at this stage. Now hoping that the follow the leader, our ASX, will open in the same vein tomorrow, that is a strong showing of green, and profit percentages to go with it.

Today Tuesday has been a pretty good one for me so far. 1 buy and 2 sells with PLS and 2 buys and 1 sell with ZIP. Total wallet filler over 2 days around 3k. LIT is starting to round the corner and getting back into saleable country for me. Just a little bit more (as someone once said) and all will be magnificent.

Having another good week with PLS. A buy and sell per day for the past couple of weeks. making the wheelbarrow a little top heavy, may have to invest in a brickies version. Also, LIT has been a handy grab and go.

Had a god yak with the bloke in the mirror before the opening bell this morning. He is such a wise sage. Said off-load PLS and LIT sooner rather than later. Thankfully I did. Though a paper loss doesn't hurt, the mullah in the wallet is far better to be used when a good thing appears on the horizon.
Not holding anything is either of these mobs at the moment.
Not recommending anything in a buy or sell.
DYOR

Not what I would call an exciting day on the ASX today. My watchlist only had one green BRN, massive bloodletting for the rest. I do have a buy in for PLS so Monday could be an excitement day after today's debacle.
Not recommending a buy or sell but as always DYOR.
