Unfortunately Rolph Harris was a sociopath who used his star status to get away with sexual abuse on anyone who was within his reach. Got away with it for a very long time because no one wanted to believe he could be such a beast. And of course proving such behaviour as a young girl against a famous celebrity was always a big ask.
