Mate no one will give you a "hot tip" and if they do it is more than likely to be a dud.

You can only be successful in the long term if you commit yourself to learning as much as you can about the stockmarket and the various ways of trading

There's no need to pander to posters like that.

People like that are just clueless greedy parasites, and / or they have mistaken the stock market for the horses and approach it in the same way. Either way they do not belong in a sensible discussion on the markets.
