Sorry, but I find this unbelievable!

Apparently, the Queensland population recorded this event this morning:

According to channel 9 Brisbane the population reached:

4,444,444 people at 4.44am...

Who counted them, hahaha.... Who even thought of it!!!

I call for a re count :D

I wander if it have had anything to do with some apprehension to digit 4 by at least one culture that comes to my mind?

Awwwww nuts, you had me excited for a tick there, thought someone bought 4,444,444 @ $4.44 of one of my flea bitten shares :D

Silly Chinese... 0 makes much more sense for death...

BTW my lucky number is 4, it was always my number when I played footy as a kid!!!

It has nothing to do with the actual number, but more so on the way is sounds, its almost identical to the chinese word for death when spoken.

It is not numerology.

4 just sounds like the word death.

Same with lucky number 8 in chinese. It sounds like fortune.

So living until you are 84 would be a fortunate death - sounds like a good innings to me. what chinese number does life sound like? If it's 7 that would be weird as AB Facey died at age 87...

Then 48 would have to be unfortunate death and seems fair conclusion.
