I should add to my comments that I've been there, done that as far as long hours and unpleasant conditions are concerned. The amount of overtime I did, in fact amounted to more $ than the normal pay for full time work. Eat, sleep, work. 7 days a week most weeks of the year. Worked every Christmas for many years as well.

Then there comes a point where you don't actually need to do that. And that's when you're glad to be doing something you like.
