What I learned today...

Don't forget the jug of Mojito's waiting for you by the Emerald pool.

Ingredients:
4 mint leaves
1 lime (for juicing)
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 ounces white rum
2 ounces club soda
1 sprig of mint (for garnishing)
crushed ice
Preparation:
1. Put the mint leaves into a Collins glass and squeeze the lime juice over them.
2. Add the powdered sugar and then muddle the mint, lime juice and sugar together. Add crushed ice.

3. Stir in the rum and top off with the club soda.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Forgot to add that 1 jug = waking up with blank spots, wearing underpants inside out and covered in bruises. Harumph !!

  • Spent good quality time with Family.

  • Could not visit Commsec during weekend as the site was down
  • Got a new coach and looking forward to learn and improve a lot
  • Did not win Lotto when I checked today. Confirmed that it is not for me. Got some solace after watching Deal or NO Deal tonight. I am convinced to see when even the psychics could not tell the numbers inside the boxes how could I dream of knowin
g 6 numbers to win Lotto in future.

I learned that Telstra are cheats and thieves after my broadband bill ran over by $900 when I didn't notice the $150 per gig over the limit charge.

The extra charge is cleverly hidden as 15c per mb, the penny doesn't drop till it's too late.

Moving everything to Inernode tomorrow, I've had it with Telstra.
 

Sound like you have Telstra wireless - have the same problem & funny enough I'm moving as well next month (contract runs out) including telephone.

MMmmmm, doesn't bode well for my Telstra shares, will have to sell them

I've got cable, this isnt the first time years ago they caught me when using my mobile as a modem, they disguised the fees in some tech jargon and I got a $1500 bill which I didnt pay and recently my landline was charged $20 for info line calls I never made, got a cheque refund but I'm sick of them this time after being with them all my life.

Can not speak for all but was personally playing a poker game for 12 hours. This was a brek in between games.

Sounds like someone can't read their terms of conditions..Go ahead. Blame the supplier for your lack of compliance to the terms you signed to..

I have been with Telstra twice and wont ever go back to them again

I had a salesman at the door trying to sell it the other week
I told him I wasnt surprised they had to go door knocking for business, been with them 2 times and 2 times they let me down

No 3, keep walking ..
 
WOW Stan 101 ... you can concentrate on poker for 12 hours?

I was personally cleaning my fire engine red 1973 concourse condition V8 Triumph Stag right after I finished umpiring my sons under 10's AFL football match. It was his 50th game by the way and I presented him with a Ben McKinley signed West Coast Eagles poster.

Have been hanging out in here on and off waiting for the weather to pass so I can go for a burn in my midlife crisis automobile.
 
Working from home today & I learned that having music blasting all day through the earphones gives you one hell of a headache!

Maybe I should buy some shares in Panadol!
 
I learned today that psychics or numerologists have no greater chance of winning lotto than anyone else. Ha ha ! I can see the headlines now "Psychic predicts own lotto win" I'd like to see that !
