trading halt immediately for the purposes of considering, planning and executing a capital raising of approximately A$80 million via the issue of approximately 105.26 million new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at A$0.76 per share. The Company has the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to an additional A$20 million at its absolute discretion.

Chris Ellison has continued his lithium spending spree, pumping more than $19 million into Wildcat Resources on Thursday as it raised $100 million.

Wildcat sets its sights on $80 million through an institutional placement at 76¢, but ended up at $100 million.

Pleasantly surprised to see WC8 get to close at 80c, as I do have a smallish holding.

There's going to be a roller coaster ride with this stock I think, and the playout in management challanges might be interesting in the future.

If it takes off in Australia it's going to be a good money earner, it's only early days in my opinion because of the limited knowledge of the cost in processes of getting it from spodumene to a battery grade lithium.

Joe Lowry has some good insights on lithium mining, I wouldn't take it all as gospel as he has some self interests.

Hoping the SP will find the strength to crawl back up to near or at $1 !!!!!!

The shorters have moved in like a seagull after a chip, but I've been watching order quotes for the last few days and the buyers have been outstripping the sellers which is a good sign.

Most people in the lithium industry see a positive future, and with all this push with greenwashing I can't see an oversupply being a problem for the long term. :2twocents

And throw the Mining Queen into the mix. Perhaps she wants to become the Lithium Queen also.

I'm still trying to work out whether GR is the dragon or the dragonslayer :D .

I guess if it wasn't her it would have been someone else, maybe the likes of Chris Ellison?

I also hold Liontown and it's been a wild ride for the past few weeks.

Where's the fly on the boardroom wall when it's needed.????

Perhaps today being labelled Black Friday (which annoys the hell out of me) has been a good omen for WC8.
It is clamouring over broken glass and has reached 0.90c.
As the saying goes "just a little bit more" thankyou
