UK Politics

A two tier society... This is why the natives are restless.

Only a matter of time before Islam takes over, their birth rate is rising, christians birth rate is falling.
It will be interesting to see how life looks in the U.K, when christians are the minority, at least the boats will stop.
No doubt the boats will all be leaving the U.K for new welfare States, the Western World is in rapid decline, due mainly to affluence and decadence.
Which history shows, usually leads to the end of a society, interesting times, but China certainly has got the lead at three quarter time. ;)

Keir Stalin not off to a good start, having basically alienated his entire white working class voting base with two tier policing and anti white rhetoric.

So far Starmer has been pretty ruthless with the white working class rioters and it may come back to bite him.

It's a very fragmented society in the UK atm. and repression usually keeps the plebs in their place while the toffs make hay. It may not work this time. Time will tell.

Not huge in the broad scheme of things but may be a lead into future trends.

The UK Conservative Party have just elected Kemi Badenoch, the first Black Woman to become leader of any Political Party in the UK.
The Conservatives have now had four female leaders, three of whom Thatcher, May and Truss who became Prime Minister.
Badenoch hopes to become the fourth.
Conservatives also elected the first Bristish Asian person as Prime Minister when they selected Rishi Sanak.
And all this from A Tory party supposedly encaptured by white male upper class toffs.
This is in contrast to the Labour Party, who are often referred to as the progressive party.
They have only ever had white males as PM or leader, not a woman in sight, nor any black or Asian leaders.
Sometimes reality is overtaken by perception.

Every centrist right to right leaning government needs to start blasting the expansion of government and its out of control bureaucracy. Government largess on the taxpayer dime needs to be culled significantly.

The UK PM has a disastrous start to his Prime Ministership if one goes by his approval rating.
Fortunately for him, he has plenty of time o fix it as the next general election is not due until March 2029.

There hasn't been much posted by our left leaning members, who were quite vocal about the previous UK Govt.

How long did Liz Trust last again....:roflmao::roflmao:

UK is totally stuff by BRIXT I doubt anyone can fix it... poor man of Europe rises again.

If you could quote names accurately, you could have a touch more credibility ;)

Saying it loud and proud. Selling your country to the US via corporations. Interesting flex. This guy is the worst I've seen. All WEF proponents need to be destroyed. It's obvious they are cancerous for society.

There are frantic reports that the UK government might be in a spot of bother because a petition to call for fresh elections has been circulated for 5 days and has garnered over a million signatures (example here - could not find a reference to it on BBC News).
Although this might seem a lot of dissatisfied voters, it still falls a long way short of the 6.1 million petitioners who wanted to cancel the Brexit laws, plus another one later that maaged 4.2 million petitioners, or the 1.8 million people who petitioned to not invite Donald Trump to the UK, so as not to embarrass the Queen.
Even if it beats the previous records, there is no guarantee anything will come of it.
Any petition to the government must be responded to if it garners more than 10,000 signatures, and any petition that garners 100,000 signatures will be considered for debate in parliament by the petitions committee.

Musk to donate $78 million to Farage to help him win next election. Previous largest donation in history for the UK was $10 million and wasn't a foreign national.

As parties are limited how much money they can spend during the election per seat which is 34.1m pounds, Farage would need to spend part of the money before the election was called.

UK laws say foreigners are not allowed to donate but companies incorporated within the UK have no such restrictions.
