Tradeguider FAQ

Does anyone know why tradeguider aren't interested in opening prices?

Its actually the type of analysis VSA not Trade guider---which is VSA software.
VSA is based around Volume Bar range and Closing price relative to the bars range.
Single bar analysis and multiple bar patterns in the context of a chart.
Open has no bearing on the analysis what so ever.
 
No charts open.
Only just checked this now.
Yeh it would be good if I can get someone to sort it out.

I'm certainly not.

I created a ticket, via their website, on the 16th October in regard to having problems accessing the software.
Having no reply by the 18th I made a request to update me on the progress of the ticket.
I received a email the same day saying that my request had been submitted to the support team.

Note the statement that they will be back to me within the next working day.
Its now the 26th and I still have not heard from them.
It's OK selling all these products but not much chop if there is no support once you have parted with your money!

These lot are the worst retail charting platform on the planet for support...Glad i dropped them and never looked back. Just wish i hadn't dished out the 1400 bucks in the first place. Someone needs to sue these knuckleheads...:banghead:
 
I learned a buyer beware lesson from them.

I was holding out for updated software because TG version 4 seemed outdated to me. But I bought it in 2011 because it was advertised as "two years of free updates and upgrades which includes EOD version 5 to be released in 2012". Version 5 was never released.

You only pay for what they give you at the time, not what they promise to give in the future.
