It’s been an interesting few days. Seems the powers that be have done everything the can to settle the market as best they can. Using whatever means necessary as well. I suppose if the baby boomers panic, then the market would nosedive very quickly. It seems the combination of media, and government assurance all will be well, has calmed fears just enough at this stage. Seems a bit artificial to me but can’t argue.

Will the US be able to fake it till it makes it though??

Very early days, but the US seem to be patching the holes even if it is in a very shoddy manner. Waiting round for financial Armageddon might take a while.

in my limited knowledge of everything that has happened, whould it be fair to say that all the bail outs and the like that have happened over the past week be considered a band aid, and that the bubble could still burst because lessons havent been learnt and that the "bulls" are being just that, at a gate...

IMO yes, but what happens from here? Hopefully not to drastic or sever as what I initially thought.

I think oil might be a surprise card coming up. Just hope a world war doesn’t pop its head up either.
It’s been a very strange time indeed. Whether it’s just because I am exposed to more financial news now or what? I suppose the greater proportion of the public don’t notice or don’t care.
