Well guys... An update.
I have had the past 4 months off work. I got back in three weeks.
I am just about back to 100%. It has been a long road. Plenty of relaxing, exercise etc.
I have got back into trading with a much better balance. I'm integrating back in.
I'm not sure how much time I will spend on here. I'd imagine not much for the time being but just a positive update.

Stress can cause serious health problems, especially with the heart! And this is no joke. Luckily I didn't get there. Being a lawyer means that stress is my best friend, so I started to keep it under control.
It all started with the fact that I observed that I started to age faster. A friend of mine suggested taking a test for longevity and wellness from the MFM clinic, which examined everything from metabolic state to cardiovascular health.
